If your proxies are not connecting - there are a few possible probabilities here:
Your renewal is no longer active, or past-due
Your host IP is current blocked -
Your host IP (Server or Local) is currently blocked due to running the wrong proxy list. Please go through all of your applications, and remove
old and expired proxy lists.
If you are not sure your list, please visit
https://thexyzstore.com/login to sign in, and view your Home and Datacenter IPs.
If you have fixed line IPs, please search [email protected] in your inbox for your most up to date list. Fixed Lines will not appear on the dashboard.
There is an issue with your list. If you have already checked and confirmed you are running the most up to date list, please open a support ticket.
