I know I do not need to re-arm and I think my server is frozen. Help.

If your server is frozen and you are confident you do not need to rearm, follow below:

Wait 10-15 minutes - this allows the server to fully exit all processes
Login to the website thexyzstore.com/login or visit #server-management and restart the server
If enough time has permitted, the server will reboot cleanly. If not, keep attempting every 10-15 minutes by restarting to get back in.
