Swap Eligibility (First 24 Hours) You are eligible to request a one-time ISP swap within the first 24 hours of your ISP proxy order being fulfilled. Swap requests must be submitted via support ticket within this timeframe to be honored.
Mid-Cycle Swaps (After 24 Hours) Once the 24-hour window has passed, your lease is considered active and locked, and IP swaps will not occur until lease renewal.
Want New ISPs Next Month? If you’d like a new ISP list for your next billing cycle, please open a ticket within 48 hours before or after renewal. Requests made outside this 48-hour window will not be accommodated.
Important Notes: Do not expect swaps outside the designated window. Abuse or misuse of proxies may revoke eligibility for ISP swaps, and/or result in termination. Refunds are not issued once proxies are delivered. All sales are final as per our Terms & Conditions.
IP allocations can be adjusted once per 30-day billing cycle within 48 hours of renewing your IPs. If you need a change, our support team can assist with re-provisioning your network resources.
