TheXYZStore is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised customer devices, credential sharing, or third-party access granted by the customer.

TheXYZStore has no control over and is not responsible for the security of a customer's local devices, networks, or software environments used to access the Services. Issues arising from malware, compromised devices, or misconfigured client software are outside the scope of the Services.

TheXYZStore reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any service without prior notice if we reasonably believe a security risk, unauthorized access attempt, credential compromise, or misuse may be occurring. While TheXYZStore implements commercially reasonable security measures, no hosting provider can guarantee that services will be completely secure or immune from unauthorized access.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TheXYZStore, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the customer's use of the services, including misuse, credential sharing, or violation of third-party terms. In no event shall TheXYZStore's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for services in the preceding 6 months. TheXYZStore does not guarantee investigation or remediation of alleged security incidents beyond reasonable operational checks.

TheXYZStore is not responsible for the behavior, security, or functionality of third-party software installed or used by customers on our infrastructure. Remote access services such as RDP, SSH, or NoMachine may display session indicators or connection information that may be misinterpreted by users. TheXYZStore is not responsible for misunderstandings regarding session visibility or remote access indicators. Customers may not share account credentials with third parties. Any access granted by the customer to third parties is considered authorized access by the customer. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

TheXYZStore does not provide technical support for third-party automation software.
